Requirements Drive internal business development, including identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with existing referral sources to contribute to meeting goals. Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals. Represent Help at Home appropriately in the community to help spread brand awareness and contribute towards business development. Establish and maintain effective channels of communication to ensure efficiency of operational procedures and quality relationship management. Follows up on leads effectively and in a timely manner. Maintains the database with all sales activities.
