Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Selling Partner Support Associate to join our team at Workwarp. As a primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners, you will provide timely and accurate operational support to ensure an exceptional experience for buyers on Amazon stores. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to Selling Partners through phone, chat, and email, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy and active listening. Resolve complex queries from Selling Partners using strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively. Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication, prioritizing Selling Partners' needs and providing appropriate solutions. Consistently deliver on Selling Partner experience and efficiency goals, maintaining excellent levels of confidentiality and data security standards. Requirements: College graduate with fluent English language skills (written and verbal communication). Experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93%.
