Kickstart your career in real estate! We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Agent Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new agents joining our company. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring each agent is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new agents, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Create and process new agent affiliations through our onboarding system (Onbase) and related platforms, including digital signing systems.
- Assist agents with ePay and direct deposit enrollment.
- Provide initial guidance on DESK Collect and verify DBA and team information for new agents/teams.
- Maintain and utilize the interactive onboarding checklist, proactively following up with internal partners (Learning, Marketing, IT, Agent Services, etc.) to ensure agents have access to all necessary tools.
- Manage agent account creation for transactional forms systems.
- Assist with initial contact uploads into marketing products.
- Serve as the primary liaison with Licensing to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
- Provide weekly reports to branch managers on onboarding progress.
- Facilitate a smooth “warm hand-off” to branch leaders and Agent Support Teams after the initial onboarding period (typically 30 days).
- Maintain consistent communication with branch leaders regarding onboarding status.
- Support branch manager recruiting efforts for top-tier agents as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service experience; prior real estate office experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technological proficiency, including familiarity with various operating systems (PC/Mac) and computer software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and utilize additional software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Power BI).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (agents, branch leaders, senior field leaders, operational support).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining self-discipline, strong communication, and high productivity.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and possess creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be adaptable and adjust workload and schedule as needed.
Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
