Responsibilities As an AI/ML Research Scientist, you will work closely with senior researchers and managers to conduct research and development in areas such as natural language processing and generative AI. You will collaborate with R&D teams to customize and apply developed technologies to address key customer challenges. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 0+ years with a Master's degree. 6+ years with no degree. Skills & Experience Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Python. AI/ML Research Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML research, with a preference for candidates who have published their work. Model Development: Hands-on experience building and tuning AI/ML models. Large Language Models: Experience working with large language models. Software Development Practices: Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools (Git, CI/CD). Desired Skills (a plus!) Experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Experience with NLP models and platforms (Llama2, Hugging Face, etc.). End-to-end machine learning model development experience. Experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
