We're seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Airbnb Expert to be a key member of our FuD community. As an Airbnb Expert, you'll be a trusted resource for our members – a diverse group of side hustlers including content creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs – who are eager to monetize their passions through short-term rentals. Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on optimizing Airbnb listings for maximum visibility and bookings. Assist with pricing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates. Share best practices for exceptional guest communication and creating a five-star guest experience. Keep our community informed about Airbnb policy updates and changes. Offer troubleshooting support for technical issues and platform challenges. You'll be supporting a diverse community focused on side hustles like: Content Creation (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) Reselling & Thrifting (eBay, Etsy, Mercari, etc.) E-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, personal stores) Gig Economy (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft) Freelancing & Consulting (social media, design) Online Business (blogging, podcasting, courses) Local Services (cleaning, pet care) Self-Publishing (Kindle Direct Publishing, Canva) Requirements: Proven experience as an Airbnb host. Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Airbnb best practices and strategies. Ability to provide clear, actionable guidance and support. Up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb policies and regulations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
