Job Responsibilities:
As a Tier 2 Analyst, you will:
- Provide high-quality technical support for desktop applications, devices, and software
- Resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1 support
- Work with help desk ticketing systems, including responding, assigning, and closing tickets
- Administer data retention and recovery, ensuring data security and integrity
- Collaborate with the team to produce support documentation for supported products
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
- 3-7 years of IT, Help Desk, and/or MSP experience
- Competency Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, VMWare, etc.) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff
- Strong technical knowledge in areas including user-end support, application support, networking, and Active Directory
