Job Description As a Sr. Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis to deliver high-quality solutions in our Customer Salesforce Program. You will provide consultative services, products, and analysis resources for Southwest's Customer use cases of Salesforce, working closely with teams in Customer Service and Support, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Digital, and various Technology partners. Your expertise will ensure that solutions are aligned with stated requirements and adhere to departmental standards.
