Job Summary: As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis to develop high-quality solutions for our Customer Salesforce Program. You will provide consultative services, products, and analysis resources for our Customer-facing use cases of Salesforce, working closely with teams in Customer Service and Support, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Digital, and various Technology partners. Your expertise will help drive initiatives that impact both internal and external customers, ensuring that solutions are aligned with stated requirements and adhere to departmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide guidance or solutions within their area of expertise Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and capitalize on opportunities to achieve more or to improve Estimate effort and value for solutions Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction on a regular and consistent basis Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the proper level of priority, visibility, and escalation Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or related field; or equivalent traditional training Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and update Relevant experience in IT operations, software, systems/programming development, or another IT-related field Preferred experience with Salesforce technology (specifically Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein) Preferred knowledge of Agile development practices and services Preferred knowledge of Carrier and Southwest operations What We Offer: Competitive salary range of $27-$35/hour Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team Flexible remote work arrangement Comprehensive benefits package Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about technology and innovation, we want to hear from you!
