Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing expenses
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve processes
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
