Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service across various touchpoints, including virtual interactions. Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades. Manage baggage check-in, tagging, and loading processes, adhering to safety regulations. Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time departures. Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced situations. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Detail-oriented and accurate in handling passenger information. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus. Working Hours: Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules. Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. Familiarity with airport operations and procedures. Understanding of airline policies and regulations. Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 pounds. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
