The Role: As the F&B Business Manager, you'll be a key driver of financial success for our Food & Beverage program. You'll be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing strategies to improve profitability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, including pricing optimization and cost control. Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Oversee the F&B budget, monitoring performance and making recommendations for adjustments. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements. Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management. Lead the annual planning and budgeting process. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analysis, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to drive financial performance through data-driven insights.
