As a Senior Product Owner, you will be an integral part of our Payments organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and definition of the product, serving as the voice of the customer
  • Define and convey the product vision to the team, ensuring alignment with business value and customer requirements
  • Drive the creation and integrity of the product backlog, leading grooming and prioritization efforts
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure focus on the right priorities and deliver business value
  • Accept delivery of working products from Scrum Teams and socialize business value and outcomes to stakeholders and clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong combination of skills, competencies, and experience, including:

  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a university/college degree or higher
  • Preferred skills: accountability, customer solutions, data visualization, prioritization, Scrum software development, and user experience (UX) design
  • Competencies: agile development, business acumen, design thinking, effective communications, innovation, interpersonal relationships, IT standards, procedures, and policies, managing multiple priorities, organizational leadership, planning, and organizing, solutions development
