Your expertise will guide in-depth business reviews, and you will communicate and present across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs; lead cross-functional discovery and create holistic roadmaps with dependencies. Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and resolve impediments; manage stakeholder expectations and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
