Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Verizon Wireless Retail Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service skills to expand the Verizon network
- Build strong relationships with customers by creating connections, asking insightful questions, and uncovering their needs
- Provide personalized product insights and solution recommendations to deliver a complete sales solution
- Close sales by utilizing phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training, up-skilling in operational functions, and refining your sales techniques through outbound calls to current Verizon customers

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of work experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods
- Preferred: experience in commission-based environments, sales, or customer service
